Refund policy

*Return Policy*

Customers can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Once the return request is approved, the pickup will usually be scheduled within 2–4 business days, depending on service availability in your area.

Products must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• with original tags and packaging intact.

To maintain fair pricing for all customers, *a ₹100 reverse pickup* fee will be deducted from refunds in case of return requests.

In locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers will be required to *self-ship* the product to the address provided by our support team. Self-shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

*Non-Returnable Items*

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale

• Used or washed products
Products without original tags or packaging

• Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
