Cod Policy

*Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Vastrixs*

* COD is available only on selected pincodes and eligible orders.

* Vastrixs reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or customers without prior notice.

* COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.

* Customers must make full payment at the time of delivery.

* Orders refused at delivery or marked undelivered due to customer unavailability may lead to restriction of COD access for future orders.

* Customized, limited-edition, or high-value products may require partial or full prepaid payment.

* Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit only.

* Vastrixs reserves the right to cancel any COD order due to stock issues, suspicious activity, or operational reasons.

* By placing a COD order, customers agree to comply with this policy.
