Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

* Bank transfer, or
* UPI transfer

within 5–7 business days after the refund is approved.

Customers must provide accurate bank or UPI details to avoid delays.

Important Notes :

* COD handling charges are non-refundable.

* Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on banks and payment providers.

* Vastrixs reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection.
